MEET YOUR TEACHER, Elena Joy
I built a career, came out at age 37, and watched a good deal of what I’d constructed fall apart. Then I rebuilt, this time without the exhausting performance of being someone I wasn’t. That rebuild is the thing I teach, and it’s not theoretical. It’s the actual work of leading like yourself when doing so risks everything.
